This course is suitable for people who already doing Jacket Wrestling Styles i.e. Judo. Kurash, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Shuai Jiao (Chinese Wrestling) etc.

It is designed to show you some of the unique techniques of Sambo but most importantly the similarities of the various grappling disciplines, it will also included the rules of the sport and how to referee an event.

It will be of particular interest to Judoka who have felt disenfranchised from their discipline because of draconian rule changes recently applied by the IJF.

British Sombo Federation does not ask you to finish with your discipline but to add Sambo to arsenal of techniques which can enhance your enjoyment of Jacket Grappling

Course Instructors will be John BSF Director of Sambo, 5^th Dan Judo, International medals winner in judo, Kurash and Sambo. Colin Carrott 4^th Dan Judo  International medals winner in judo, Kurash and Sambo
